At Sunset Properties Alberta we are offering the most discounted and competitive fee structure for ALL new property managers who join us!

What does this discounted rate include?

• $25.00 per door for each residential door you manage under your portfolio and $100.00 per door for each commercial door you manage!

  • NO monthly PM or Desk Fee during your first year with us (please note most Brokerages charge between $275-$600/month)

• As we have opted out of all of the local, provincial and federal boards such as CREB, AREA, and CREA, you ONLY need to pay your annual RECA fee/dues

When it comes to training and mentoring, as a boutique Brokerage, we are able to offer ALL new property managers a hands on training approach. We will walk you through all the steps on how to take your business to the next level via one-on-one job shadowing with the Broker herself; monthly mentoring meetings and supervision; team meetings; guided tutorials and so much more! Our Broker is always just a phone call away!
